Individuals with special needs and their caregivers can sometimes feel alone and isolated from the world.  A lack of support from loved ones and the community, as well as a shortage of available services, can cause significant stress on those living with special needs and their families.  Feelings of loneliness and helplessness can often lead to suicidal thoughts and ideations.  Please know that there are supports in place, some specifically in New Jersey, to help families such as yours!
